Thai Cooking class are held at Sukhothai Restaurant every Monday night, 6:00pm-8:30pm.
The cost of class is $35 plus $15 food supply.

Monday– November 5th, 6:00pm-8:30pmSpring rolls & Pad Thai  Starting with how to make Thai spring rolls made with ground chicken, shredded carrot, cabbage and celery served with sweet chili dipping sauce  followed by how to make our signature dish, Pad Thai, wok fried thin rice noodle, shrimp, egg, tofu, bean sprout, scallion and ground peanut.


Monday—November 12th, 6:00pm-8:30pmGreen Papaya Salad & Thai Red Curry Starting with how to make Green Papaya Salad, Thai sweet and sour green papaya salad mixed with shredded carrot, green bean, tomatoes, dried shrimp, roasted peanut in Som Tam Salad dressing followed by Thai Red curry with beef, bamboo shoot, bell pepper, onion and Thai basil.


Monday—November 19th, 6:00pm-8:30pmChicken Satay & Green Curry Starting with how to make a tasty appetizer, Thai Chicken Satay, marinated chicken grilled on a skewer served with a peanut sauce followed by Green curry with chicken, bamboo shoot, bell pepper, onion and Thai basil.

Monday– November 26th, 6:00pm-8:30pmTom Yum Goong & Massaman Curry Starting with how to make hot and sour shrimp soup, Tom Yum Goong followed by  Massaman curry with Chicken, potatoes, onions and roasted peanut.


Monday– December 10th, 6:00pm-8:30pm-Tom Kha Gai & Panang Curry Starting with how to make coconut milk soup with chicken, mushroom, bell pepper garnished with chopped scallion and cilantro followed by Panang Curry with chicken, snow pea, red bell pepper and green bean.
